A small team that builds, ships, and supports the systems your operation depends on.

About

People who actually understand IT.

Linkeno is a small, senior team that builds and supports restaurant, retail, and hospitality technology — by people who've been on the floor, not just on the spec sheet.

The story

Built because the alternative kept failing.

Linkeno was founded after a decade of watching operators get sold technology that worked great in the demo and broke quietly under real service conditions.

We're a small, senior team. There's no junior-tier offshore tier. The person you talk to today is the person on-site for your install, and the person who picks up at 11pm when something is wrong.

We're vendor-agnostic — Toast, Square, Clover, Lightspeed, Aloha, Revel, hybrid — and we get hired because we tell you the truth about what's worth installing and what's quietly costing you money.

How we operate

Four rules. No exceptions.

01

Honest math.

Every recommendation comes with the actual savings or actual cost. No vendor margin hidden in the quote.

02

On the floor, not in the lab.

We've worked the line, the curb, and the front desk. We design for chaos, not for demo day.

03

One number to call.

When something breaks at 11pm, you call us. We don't transfer you to a vendor.

04

Vendor-agnostic.

We pick the right stack for your operation, not the one that pays us best. Pricing is disclosed up-front.

Team

Senior people, only.
